I just wonder if a man says this to a woman he is very good friends with, how you would interpret it. :) Thanks

I can be wrong but, im thinking if some man told me this that he is saying well, i don't love you but she like you alot.

He wants bedroom privileges with no strings attached, so that you two can remain 'friends' and sleep together at the same time. Since, according to him at least, he isn't your boyfriend, he then can see other women or drop you when he feels like it.
