Sorry I should elaborate, I need a US Dollar Chequing account to avoid Paypal fees. All of these banks offer similar accounts to my needs (very low transactions). I was wondering more about service and accuracy, since I will be dealing with them mostly on the phone. Any weird fees that they might slap on? etc.
