First of all, try to remain calm until you know for sure. Take a pregnancy test and see. If you are pregnant, then an abortion is probably the best choice for you. I understand that you don't believe in it, but if it is life threatening, then maybe it is necessary. If you can't bring yourself to do it, then you should get to the doctor asap and get monitored constantly during your pregnancy. Also, considering how dangerous pregnancy is for you, you should get on a birth control pill or have a permanent contraception process to ensure that you won't get pregnant again.

Go right away to a doctor and discuss early measures. I agree with what another poster said: You have responsibility for a baby who needs you and a husband who loves you - why taking any chances? I understand that this is a very difficult situation and maybe you have to look into your views about abortion from a new angle. Put your 5 months old baby first! He/she needs you and would be traumatized for life to lose his mother so early. All the very very best.

First, check to see if you are really pregnant. If you are, an abortion is your only option in this case. Why would you choose to carry the fetus, only to kill yourself and the baby, and then leave your husband alone and distressed for losing the most important person in the world to him? Why punish him too? Having sex has its risks. You already know what you need to do, and you knew that an abortion would be necessary if you got pregnant again.
I know it's tough
good luck

You should perform a home test. If it's negative, repeat it a week later. If it's positive, confirm it with a blood test and seriously rethink your position on abortion. This would be a therapeutic abortion. And then either you or your husband (preferably him) should consider sterilization. In light of your medical history, I'm very surprised that your husband didn't have a vasectomy after your first child was born.
