Please help me, buyer's money locked in paypal account!?

Ok ..

My paypal account got limited for what I don't know. The problem is, it got limited with a buyer's MONEY inside, and there is no way to get it out, not even refund it to the buyer.

They ask me to resolve like 7 condtions before they restore access to my account. I already completed 3, but some of them seem impossible.

First of all, i've had more then one PP account. I can't confirm my social security number cause only one PP account may have the same ssn, and so obviously that's not going to work. Impossible.

Secondly, HOW am I supposed to "provide proof of shipping" when the money is locked in paypal and I haven't shipped it yet? am I supposed to ship the item while paypal has the funds held hostage? I don't think so.

So the funds are locked in the PP account with no way to get them out .. how am I supposed to get the buyers money back to them?

What do I do?

Nothing you can do accept fulfill the requirements mandated by Paypal. Send the Buyer an email and just assure them that you will send the monies once they are made available to you.
