How do I get the nice pages out to use and then put in plastice?

If you got the kind of book that has the papers sewn or glued into the binding, they are not designed to come out. You are supposed to simply put your mementos directly onto the pages, with glue or stickers.
Go to a scrapbook specialty store and look at the different ways to make a scrapbook, and get some ideas that way.
There are also many sites online that can help you. I have provided a list for you to search.
