it's pretty a good question.actually this all are supernatural beliefs.but we the people like Hindus still believing that.
our grandmothers will say that,by seeing the behavior of ours they combined to some animals and say that we were dog or cat in previous birth.somewhat foolish.
but we the people of modern age don;t believe in this

Why do you want others to tell you this personal topic.
I can tell you the procedure to get the answer yourself with out any guru but the greatest guru of all the self. Read some of the answers in the philosophy answers.
Start to meditate and search in the three gunas of the self the memory that is registered there can give you this information not only of your previous birth but all the births before and after this birth.
