Life hands everyone a combination of positive and negative experiences. The only difference is the way we deal with those experiences. Life is not about the destination but about the journey. Where-ever you go, bring your own sunshine with you. Smile, hold your head up high and be strong. You create your own future so make it spectacular!

Um let see, I love you, darling no matter what happened to you. *hugs* Too personal? Well I could say not to worry that it is all over, and a new day has begun,. Why worry about the bad things of the past, when you have so many good things to look forward to in the future? I hope I have helped you some, or at least made you smile. Have a great evening, darling.
I read your question wrong. Tell you what, just think of how good you will feel when you have this dday behind you, then read this again! lol I wish you all the joy, and blessings to tidy you through your day ahead. Good luck, my dear.

During this day, think of someone you love, a special moment with that person, or something funny that has happened. Make plans to do something you've been wanting to do, so you will have something to look forward to. Maybe plans with a friend, in case you need to talk. Or maybe a nice meal, relaxing bath, and some good music. It's a day, and it will pass. Good Luck in getting through it.

Think: If I get through this, I buy myself a good dinner and/or dessert. *smiles* Food is always a great motivation. It's something you can look forward to in order to get through the hard day. *shrugs* It's only another day. You KNOW you're going to wake up tomorrow just peachy-dandy.

Breath deeply. Keep your body relaxed. Remember it's only one day, and by this time tomorrow, it will be behind you.
Eat healthy, drink water and take vitamins. Get some rest.
Plan a bubble bath, or favorite wine, or fun date for after your hard day.
It will be fine, you'll get through it!

This is the BEST thing you can do. turn off your computer, go to a room all to yourself. cut off the lights, and get on your knees. now pray to God Almighty, because he's really the only true person you can trust to not only hear, but heal.Have a good night, my sister in christ.
