I wondered this lately because I have noticed that an awful lot of restaurants serve food from the breakfast menu all day. Apparently a significant percentage of restaurant goers enjoy eggs, waffles, bacon, sausage, pancakes, omelettes and other 'breakfast' foods at other times during the day. I know I certainly do.

I love eggs, hash browns, sausage etc at any hour of the day. Same with French toast. I figure breakfast is a state of mind !

I do the opposite, I like to eat dinner and lunch things for breakfast. My favourite is having a salad roll for breakfast. I had Ice-cream for breakfast this morning.

I think it is also due to the fact that alot of people now work part-time including evenings and weekends. People who work nights want to have breakfast when they wake up even if it is 7pm. I think it is more a case of supply and demand. Though, I love breaakfast for dinner too :)

I do!! You can eat pancakes and eggs anytime you want. Sometimes I have sandwiches for breakfast, too, just because I want to.
