Go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. Uninstall IE 7 from there. You will go back automatically to IE 6 without having to download it again.

go to "start" then click on "control panel" which should be to the right. Afterwards go to "add or remove programs". Then remove "Windows Internet Explorer 7". This should downgrade it to Internet explorer 6 or whatever was before u updated it. i hope this works cuz it worked for my windows media player. good luck

Go to start then control panel then add/remove programs and remove IE7 then go to http://www.microsoft.com to download the IE6 back onto your pc.
