I would imagine it's because NO ONE performs and kind of service that would be worth that amount of money.

It might also be because that's probably a significant portion of the entire world's money supply.

i think that it is cuz the money machines have acertain amount of money that it produces every year. if it goes over this amount our government can collapse. if it goes under people will go starving. this is why we have a set amount of money that come out every year. also, the money will not just form into bigger and bigger stacks all the time because some money gets ripped up or dicinigrates. hope this helps!
