Try replacing one of the bulbs of the lights that don't work. Then switch on/off to see if it now works.
If still not working I would have suggested that an adjacent fuse was tripped or somehow disengaged when fixing the original problem.
However, you state all the fuses are working properly.
If the bulb replacement doesn't work, you or an electrician will have to track the original problem to determine if this "short(blown fuse)" caused a circuit break in an adjacent circuit(wire).

that is feasible that each and every one your bulbs have failed yet not likely. the most in all likelihood reason will be someplace it extremely is uncomplicated to all the lights. which will be contained in the fuse field. in case you rather propose fuse and not in any respect circuit-breaker (a swap style element that doesn't have fuse cord) then you actually have an previous electric powered setting up. If that is a house older than 30 years then it truly is feasible that your lights are all on a unmarried ring circuit. in case you in effortless words have a unmarried fuse on your lights then that confirms it. What has likely got here about is that both the impartial (black) or stay (pink) cord contained in the hoop has develop into disconnected on the 'uncomplicated aspect'. this can be contained in the fuse field. turn off the significant swap and characteristic a glance contained in the fuse field. The fuse would have 2 pink wires appropriate at on end of the fuse holder. those are both ends of the hoop circuit. they'd have come free. someplace in the back of the row of fuses will be a metallic bar with black wires appropriate. it is the impartial bar. If the lights ring wires have come free from that then you actually will actually have circuit failure. unmarried ring circuits for upstairs and downstairs lights, and stressed out fuse boxes have not been put in in houses for properly over 25 years so your wiring is likely due for a specialist inspection besides. The fuse field ought to get replaced by technique of a present day client Unit equipped with circuit breakers and an ELCB significant swap. those are very a lot safer than fuses ever may be. be conscious that less than area P of the construction guidelines that is a criminal offense for each person to do maximum sorts of electric powered artwork till they're truly educated, registered and provide a try certificates. with out this certificates you'll have worry promoting the abode or making an insurance declare once you've a fireplace or some thing.

First check all fuses if you found any blown fuse then replaced it then checks voltage on lamp fitting if the voltage not enough you must check both wire neutral and negative also check fitting of lamps if any fitting didn’t touch the lamps.

Check first and see if they are on a seperate breaker. If so flip it back over. If not, see if it just shorted and blew the bulbs out. Sometimes if the bulbs are close to burning out, they will blow. Put a new bulb in and it will be a quick way to see. Hope it helps.
