i try to learn it i was studding all day but could not learn it what do i do!?

What you have is a mental block for math.
You said "I can't learn it." That only means you have decided you can't learn it, not that you actually can't.
You said "I try." Trying implies failure. You can say I tried, and have an excuse for not succeeding.
Try telling yourself "I can learn this," and "I will learn this" instead.
Then get someone to help you understand, once you are determined you will succeed.
I used to have math anxiety, so I know what you're going through. It took an angel of a teacher to make me realize I COULD learn it after all. I ended up getting an A in calculus in college. I've never had a problem with math since then.

trying asking friends or classmates. if not maybe attempte it and then at school tell the teacher that you didn't get it and if he/she could help you out. Maybe you will need a extra help. I hope I helped!

can you call one of your classmates to help you?
if not i would suggest getting a tutor to help you.
