What is the best computer case was for under $40, I would like that to include the power supply but if not, ok

I like this Nikao case myself. Very inexpensive

There's no way you get a good case with power suply included for that price. The cheapest power supplies are around $30-40 by themselves!! Better power supplies run $50 and up, some around $100

I would go check www.newegg.com they have some awsome towers. i built my whole computer off that one site
