Yes of course, as long as it is comfortable for her but if not, then I advice not to wear since I saw a lot of women out there who wore high heels and they walked like ,hehehe...funny! The best thing to do if someone wants to wear high heels is to practice first how to walk on it, don't dare to try if you think your are not comfortable with it. Trust my words!

It's considered professional because society has certain standards. They aren't fair, but things ARE changing (dressy flats are more acceptable in the office these days). I don't know my 'females' do that. I'm a woman and high heels do not hurt my feet, personally. I wouldn't wear them if I found them painful. Yes, society does tell us what is attractive and what is considered beautiful and sexy. This is a fact. Your job sounds like it's pretty unfair to the women there.

You can if you buy a custom-made insole to wear in all your shoes...but I wouldn't recommend it. It's not worth the trouble and pain you will undoubtedly go through. Besides, ballerina flats are in style now. Take advantage of it. :)

Yes!! I'm flat footed and I don't care! I'm not gonna let them stop me from wearing fashionable shoes. Its more uncomfortable for us, but hey, sometimes you have to give up comfort for fashion. : )

If you are asking CAN YOU? the answer is yes but it is not recommended. You will get tired sooner than someone who has normal feet.
