After more than 20 years of faithfull, loyal service I think £30.00 is an insult, and to get taxed on it to. Has anyone out there been given less?

Sorry about the chicken scratch bonus. In the US only about 50% of workers get a bonus. The boss might hand out turkeys and hams, big deal. I worked for a charitable organization and they had a rule of no bonuses at Christmastime. It was required that employees donate one hour of salary to the charity. So we were actually getting a penalty. Unbelievable that Ebeneezer Scrooge is alive and well! Best of luck to you and a Merry Christmas!!
