Gift Certificate to Build-A-Bear Workshop (if she likes stuffed animals) - she can make one herself and get clothes and stuff for them. They really are cute.
Hello Kitty (they have LOTS of things, not necessarily toys) - a gift certificate for her; suggest you'll bring her and a friend they can go together - that would be nice.
11 years old are still kids and don't want you think so! ;-)

I am 12 years old, and I was 11 less than 2 weeks ago, so I think I might be able to help. Does she have an ipod? Can you afford one? (It would be helpful if you woul put a price range.) You could get her a bath and body kit, clothes,(only you know her size, style, etc.) books, DVDs, Cd's, you could give her money so she can buy her own whatever-she-wants, or you could give her a gift-card to her favorite store. If she's the artsy type then you could get her an art kit or a spin-art kit or something. You could get her make-up or a purse. You could get her a video game system, if she already has one you could get her games for that. I like the store hot-topic a lot! It doesn't only have 'goth' stuff, it has a lot of cool clothes! Clairs is another store for 'girly' people. They have jewelery, lip-gloss, bodyspray-- you name it! If you have a Plato's Closet or a Ragstock where you live, go there. They have awesome clothes for a lot less! They only accept clothes that are 'in style'. Or you could check out another cool thrift store in your area. My mom got my birthdat presente at Plato's closet and I got 2 pairs of AWESOME pants, which would have cost from $30-$50 dollars in a department store, for $15 each, and an awesome jacket that would have cost the same as the pants, if not more, for $16. And an AWESOME purse, whick I cannot even guess how much it would have cost in a department store, probably another $50, for $5! You could get her shoes, or leggings or tights or pretty socks. Bodysray, perfume, etc. Does she want to learn to play an instrument? Maybe you could get her a guitar or a keyboard.

If she likes a certain TV show, get her s DVD of that. If she likes a certain band, a CD or two is always a good idea. An iPod or cellphone almost never fails. If she's into jewelry and stuff, but you don't know what kind, get her a gift certifiacte to Claire's or someplace. If you still don't know what to get her, have her make up a wish list, but be sure to give her a price limit.

Hm....
Maybe you can get her gift cards to different places? Gift cards to her favorite clothes store or something. Gift cards for iTunes(that is if she has an iPod.) Giving her a Visa Gift Card is always really good....she can go out and buy anything she likes with it. At that age i really wanted to have an awesome room. Maybe you could get her some stuff for her room to make it better :-). Does she like movies? I always liked getting movies (especially comedy!). Good luck and Merry Christmas :-)

If she already has alot, then that is the problem. If not, I know that kids love to create things....try looking in the arts and crafts department....a nice grown up art kit with paints, brushes, or an easle could help her express herself thru art. Scrapbooking stuff if she has pics or a camera to start one?

I am on a budget,,,,a tight one, last year my 11 year old neice (who has everything in the world and spoiled to death) was on my list for Christmas...what I did...
I went to a second hand store, got her high heels, gowns, ballerina outfits, beads, tiaras, you name it, some make up, a mirror etc....bought a little cardboard bureau at walmart and gave it to her all wrapped up....it got the wow factor, probably cost me 50. at the most...she absolutely loved it...her parents, (the rich ones) got her a pony....she didn't even look at the pony cause she was so busy with all her new stuff in her little cardboard bureau....just an idea...good luck..

I'm not a parent yet, But I know what an 11 year old girl wants. She wants making up herself and wearing girly clothes like spaghetti tops and mini skirts (especially pink) So buy her a make-up kit, Teen clothes. I know she likes it. She's just shy to tell you her faves, Try to be close with her.

just go to spencers in the mall.. in any mall usually. they have neat stuff and you could probably find something in there that she would like, theres a lot of funny things in that store if not, just try giving her money and taking her for a shopping spree and her favorite store
