Girls Just Want To Have Fun, and I've seen in hundreds of times. One of my baby sitters brought it over when I was like 12, and I've loved it ever since. I couldn't possibly recall how many times specifically, I must have watched it dozens of times that Summer alone. By now it hundreds, lol. It makes me happy.
