If a person has to have gadgets, movies, pictures, oils, etc. to get someone turned on - then the receiving person obviously is not into the other person - but just the gadgetry itself.

We all turn on the charm to turn on those who we are interested in.
Of course you can find a number of devices that will do that to but they are no substitute for the real thing.
