I have not not completed the book yet. But I want to publish it as soon as I finish it.

Buy a copy of The Writers Market. It lists names of Publishers and guidelines for submissions.
You can buy it at Barnes & Noble, Amazon, Borders and other large bookstores.

You can actually publish it yourself. Most publishers won't want to publish a book by someone who has never had a book published. llewellyn.com could publish yours but it depends on what its about. There are also some others that will too so maybe try searching the web.

publish it your self. i di and sold time is god 3000 copies all by myself. no publisher looks at a first time writer in any case he wont give you a dime. good luck.
