if i am understanding your question correctly, you are looking for a cingular compatible phone w/o a plan? or possibly renewing your existing contract? if that is the case your most cost effective route would be to go through e-bay. but the only thing is that you buy the phone as is. if not then you could just ay retail cost for the phone at any cingular corporate owned stores. to find the closest store to you just go to cingular.com and clock on locations.
