Believe it or not, but their are people who go to bars or clubs who don't drink. Take me for instance, if I go to the bar, I don't drink. If I stay at a friends house, I'm usually pretty wasted.

well there may be smart people who just go to hang out and not drink.
or you can drive and drink, you just can't drive if you're considered legally drunk by your Blood Alcohol Level, which varies per state.
