I think the answer may be taking a flying leap into fear. Trust is earned. It is built. And it is fragile. The cure for fear and uncertainty is risk. Messed up, eh?

They can be important parts of overcoming fear and uncertainty. However, understanding WHY you have fear and uncertainty is a far better path to curing them.
Fear and uncertainty go hand in hand, often feeding off each other. The lack of knowledge, feeding the emotion. Fear making you doubt your knowledge. Step back and work it out. Ask more questions of yourself & the situation.
The more you recognize the circumstances of each incident the more you'll be able to move past your fear and uncertainty and conquer them.

This an awfully ambiguous question. You seem to be talking apples & oranges. I'd suggest you rephrase to get an intelligent answer. You might ask: "What's the cure for fear & uncertainty?" Or, "How does one learn to trust?"

What a paradox!
Fear and uncertainty make it impossible to trust; yet trust is the cure for fear and uncertainty. Whoa. I don't think so.
