France is really expensive. And money is all that works here. No one would offer you something if not for money. Taxis are super expensive, and trains are really, really expensive. But, it's a very beautiful country and it's important that you come here.
Italy is slightly cheaper, and it has more touristic cities. I would go to both, but if you had to choose, I think Italy's better. Especially Rome and Venice. Florence is nice but a little boring.

Base it on this, you can get travel flight discounts with certain airline companies. France is expensive. Italy can be cheaper.
