Sometimes when someone says this they are giving you a "backhanded compliment", so beware! I like all of the positive things that people have said on this answer board, but from experience( a very mean person in my office said this to me in a most sarcastic way, as she thinks she is very sophisticated and more educated than I) I know this can be a negative thing, depending on who said it to you.
