Here a video of where I'm at now for my splits, the butterfly and pike. Any tips?

Just keep stretching everyday and DONT over stretch. Also, when your doing butterfly, don't hold your toes, hold your ankles, Holding you toes stretches the wrong muscles and gives you a sickled foot instead of a winged one.

Try doing flexible sports such as yoga or gymnastics. In the beginning you will not be very flexible, but with daily practice(30 minutes or more should be good) you should be very flexible within a year, maybe even a month if you practice a lot!

Oh, and one more thing, if you do it within a week it may be unhealthy. If you have problems with something after you start practicing more go to the doctor.

well for the middle splits instead of putting your hands on the ground put your elbow and you lower part of you arm of the ground



and for butterfly u should have someone slowly press down on your knees and also have your head trying to touch your toes


and for the thing with your legs straight in front of u on the ground try to have your head touch your knee and have someone hold your hand and arms straight then slowly (still holding and pulling it straight) put your hand down with a flat back. then when u cant keep your flat back anymoer just go down as far as u can and take a deep breath in and when u breathe out tell the person to push your back down a little and do it again.

Try holding your arms above your head while taking deep breaths while you're doing your splits and stay down in your splits for a minute. Than just keep stretching everyday.

keep doing it everyday and dont stop cause ull lose ur felxibility and make sure u stretch before doing it
