The sperm in semen usually takes about an hour to die when the semen is outside the body, but if the semen is on a moist towel or something else moist/wet will the sperm survive for much longer?

No. It will die after a very short time. It can only live inside the body.

the sperm can only live a few houres if kept out side the body unless frozen. There are two diffrent "makes" of sperm one lives longer in the femal body then the other.

Sperm dies minutes after secretion outside the body. and no it will not live any longer. it actually makes it die faster, because of the water beiing a dilutant, and the container is foreign to it. and has foreign substances( dishwashing liquid, Paper, etc) in it that causes the sperm to die quicker

Yes, I've heard of some sperm even lasting five days (within a woman's body), although that's very rare.
