I want work for a projcct in reputed physics research institutions which provides me a great experience.

look at websites for these premeir institutes, there they generally have calls for Researhc Projects and Associates.

IISC Bangalore

NPL New Delhi

BARC, Mumbai

Any of the IITs

and usually DRDO also sends out ads for Research Associates for thier various projects

However for JRF, you have to give the CSIR-UGC NET exam which is held twice a year , once in June and then in December.
