Anything that doesn't involve lists, procedures, or "lost information". SO, don't work on your grocery list for the holidays, think up a new way to do that report at work, or try to remember the name of your first grade music teacher. Try visualizing your family's smiling faces, your favorite flowers, even try imagining the pebbly pattern of you shower's glass door. Focusing on a simple visual image helps your mind to relax really fast.
