Mark B is right. I have a 2003 RSX with a c.f. hood and I panted the outer parts of the hood next to the fenders the color of the car to give the hood a unique look and blend better with rest of the car. I then put a coat of clear over the whole hood and it looks awesome. I do recommend having a pro do it unless you have the right equipment.

Absolutely. Some new vehicles use carbon fiber panels that are painted.

Painting is actually better than leaving it unpainted since the paint protects the UV rays from breaking it down.

yeah you can... any thing can be painted but its better if you don't paint it because carbon fiber already looks good. and you can show it off to your friends.
