The whippersnappers don't appreciate feeling around in my undies for shrapnel wounds either. It's a puzzle.

Because the whole deal with the war is bullsh** anymore, anyway...People who have family, I know, stay depressed 24/7 over the whole deal...not knowing if they will see their loved ones again or not...and I am one of them. so if we are depressed, then I would have to say that the children would like to hear something better than a stupid war story, especially around this time of year! Every one knows just how important holidays are to children, especially Christmas......

Are you sure it's just adolescents? I'm an adult and I wouldnt care to hear them on Christmas either. Its depressing.

Why out of 364 other days would you choose Christmas to do so anyhow?

And what war story could you have, about christmas? I know you are younger than me. I served during Operations Desert Storm/Shield/Calm. I was behind enemy lines during Christmas of 90 and 91. If you have something like that, I applaude you, for you are one of the few who made this county what it is. So tell us your story...

As truly interesting American Veterans' war stories are (and I always loved my Grandpa's)... I must say America's youth owe nothing to veterans or the military today. All military service men, including the United States' men, are nothing but a bunch of murderers. Fighting for blind nationalism and to adhere to the status quo.

I'm a Pacifist. And my generation owes nothing to veterans.
For every one decent thing a soldier does, he does five atrocious deeds.

Peace.
(something a military can't bring I might add.)
