Go To The Indian Consulate Of Dubai, They shall Renew Your Passport, and they will also arrange for the delivery of your new passport through the Empost's Al Jawaz Service, thereby allowing you to recieve your passport at your workplace or your residence.

there is a big indian consulate in Dubai in Umm Hurair / Karama area, passport renewal also located as pointed out by AF.

Contact the Indian Consulate in Dubai for renewing your passport. Visit the following link to download the application form. As per the consulate regulation you should go directly to submit the documents. Take your passport and photographs along with the application form. You will get new passport after two days.

GO TO THE INDIAN EMBASSY THERE AND THEY WILL SORT ONE OUT FOR YOU ASAP AND THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO GET THE VISA STAMPED IN IT OVER AGAIN.
GOOD LUCK AND HOPE YOU GET WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR.IT SHOULD NOT COST YOU MORE THAN 1,500/-RUPEES.
I JUST GOT MINE RENUED AND EVEN GOT A NEW VISA TO THE UK IN IT IN JUST 8 DAYS TIME THO I HAD TO TRAVEL FROM ONE END TO THE OTHER TO GET IT ALL SORTED OUT IN NO TIME TO GET IT SORTED OUT.
