I have been knowing this man for about 30 years, but we were about 14 yrs old when we first called ourselves boyfriend and girlfriend. We broke after a while and did not hook back up until we were about 18 years old. Every since that time we have kept in touch throughout the years, and each time, we seem to get closer and closer to each other. And now, we have started talking again and things seem to be getting more serious than ever before. For years, I have looked for a man with certain characteristics and after all of this time, it seems as though he was the man I was always looking for.

Libra With Capricorn:
The worst match up for these two. These two definitely have all the wrong elements. The Capricorn isn't "social" enough for you. More than that, he can't be bothered with all intellect and no action. On the surface these two seem to be on the opposite, but the Capricorn is very much influenced by Libra. Libra's are too confusing for a capricorn to understand. A capricorn girl likes the conventional classic romance and a slight modern twist wouldnt hurt... Libras are shy and they dont convey their feelings to the other person. A capricorn girl, on the other hand, is much too simple and too involved in other things to notice slight hints that other signs may pick up. For her, the guy needs to speak up!(in clear direct and concise speech) But libra guys usually miss that point. They are shy and they have an ego...this does not let them. The girl gets frustrated by waiting too long. capricorns also prefer someone with long term goals. Libras are usually indecisive about most things and that does not go down well with the capricorn. If you are willing to commit for long term, have the guts to speak up to her (she may probably say 'about time!') and can be the classic gentleman: roses, opening the door of the car, seating her first at the table...it would work out. People say capricorns are high maintenance, I dont think so. We only need gaurantee of a commitment and a few other basic things for a relationship to work for us. As for libra married to a Capricorn, yes, i know of a couple. They're pretty happy together though they have loads of conflicts and disagreements. You just have to understand the other person, otherwise the girl would keep on waiting for you to make up your mind. I'm still waiting for him to do that.

You two would probably have ego conflicts that would grow over years together - from getting irritated by each others expression of who you each need to express yourselves as being. But if you two watch out and understand that everyone has the right to self expression, even in marriage (I can't believe I had to say that), then possibly the sky is the limit.

Astrologically speaking, Librans and Capricornians do not mix well together. Friendship is one thing, but anything beyond that is a tell tale recipie for disaster. But hey, it is your life and you are welcome to do what you want. I'm just giving some advice from personal experience.
