I've seen quite a few nasty bouts on the diamond, so MLB is definitely in top form. The NBA players just flail around for the most part, but I'd have to say that the NFL has the worst fighters due to the simple fact that they are so padded up that they do nothing but wear out each other.
The NHL has the best fighters overall.
