The Raiders, because they cannot score during the second half of the ballgame for the life of them! They may have a record, though, this year. They'll be the team with the best defense amongst the worst season record!

I think the Lions and the Raiders each have a good shot at that honor. Maybe they could have a Dudbowl and we could find out who really is the worst.
