The Old Garden, was located only a few feet away from where the current TD BankNorth Garden is. They built the new building, and then imploded the old Garden; it was tricky because they were SO close together! I remember all the news stations covering it. Very sad. . . .

It was over North Station, right next to the current TD Banknorth Garden (FleetCenter). Many new buildings are made that way, build the new one in the parking lot, then tear down the old one and make it the new parking.
