if i was you i wouldnt use your tv as a computer monitor.. the resolution is so crap that you cant read anything unless the font is massive and bold.. i would suggest buying/using a computer and using that as a tv..

I believe It has to be a tv with a "s-video" connection and your computer graphics card must also have a "s-video" connection, although there may be others. I think it should be a very high def tv if you want a decent picture though as a computer monitor gives a much cleaner and higher resolution. I tried it once and the picture was lame, the televisions pixels were way too big.

With an adapter from Radio Shack or some electronics store, you can do that easy. Your PC has to have a TV Out Capable Video Card or Chip.
