use one hand the left if your right handed, and hold the bottom, use your right to unscrew the top. pull it out and put the new one in going thru the bottom because its easier to screw on the top than the bottom.

most piercing/tattoo shops request that when you change for the first time you go back to them to do it, and there is normally no charge for this. Hopefuly you have waited the full 2 weeks. If you still want to do this yourself..... hold the top ball and the bottom ball, then start turning, one of the balls will come loose and wala, you slip it out. good luck

I had no trouble my first time. The bar and ball can get kinda slippery though so you might wanna try and keep things as dry as you can . Other than that I don't know what else to tell you. lol Good luck.
