I have instructions on how to rid of it but I cant restart in safe mode like i need to. i get an out of scan message with 36hz-84 or something like that. my spyware and virus removal wont rid it.....help!

get a virus scanner... if it wont let you load it look for the trojan in your startup of msconfig and disable it. Restart and scan.. If none of that works try last known good configuration in the same menu you pick safe mode.. If that doesn't work looks like your gonna need to backup what you can and reinstall..

The only thing I can tell you is that you can try the thing where you can access your files from another computer but I think that requires pre-insall on your computer. all I can reccomend is to restore your computer. Sorry!

slave your drive into annother computer and remove it with superantispyware
