My parents are a very big part of my life and the best role models for my sisters and even the community (my dad is a pastor) But even though they are great and I would never change them for anything or even thing about replacing them I know that in my next life everything will be different and our paths might not even cross. I know it sounds disappointing for some that hope to reunite with loved ones and long lost loves in the next life but keep in mind that the new experiences that you will gain will be the path that your soul is meant to take. You will make new mistakes, new friends, new families, new heartbreaks and most of all a new chance to experience things that were not available for you in this life. So I guess that I accept the fact that I know my parents now and they are part of me on this lifetime because who knows if I will be seeing them in the next, so I will cherish then now when it matters for the moment...
