After reading the half -blood prince most people were shocked about the identity of the Half-blood prince.It was Snape and we all were surprised.
Simillarly I think R.A.B will be someone who we never thought could be that person.Regulus is too obvious and I doubt it will be him.But you never know.Just wait and find out.

Nobody (but Ms. Rowling) knows for certain who the identity of "R.A.B" was, but Sirius Black had a younger brother Regulus with those initials.

Personally, I think Regulus A. Black (Sirius' brother). It would make sense, since Sirius said he became a Death Eater, chickened out, and then was killed. Also, on the Black family tree the name Alphard is used, and purebloods tend to reuse names; hence, Regulus Alphard Black.

i do not think that it sirius younger brother regulas like everyone else does i think that its a new person or someone who was in the books but only mention once or saw once. cain wait until the 7 book.
