The US east coast time is 3 hours ahead of the west coast time. So if you are in the east coast, subtract 3 hours from its time to know the west coast time.
East coast time in the present season is 5 hours behind GMT.
From these details, wherever you may be, you can find out the US west coast time, whenever you want to know.

Do you want to know the ecact time or know who to figure it out in the future? Time zones are fairly easy biy the question is what time zone are you in? For example I am in the east coast so I am 3 hours ahead of the west coast, the
From east to west you have (EST) Eastern standard time +3h,
(CST) Central Standard Time +2h, (MST) Mountain Standard time +1h and finally (PST) Pacific Time zone +0h.
So smply put if your in the CST zone you would subtract 2h from your time to know what time it is in the west coast.
