I think it's normal not to feel it for a couple of days. The baby is so small and it's muscles are so underdeveloped it doesn't have a lot of strength. When I first felt my boys moving in me I could only feel it laying down. It felt like they were jumping on my cervix.

I have had four full term pregnancies and four beautiful children. I think it is totally intermittent the first couple weeks especially that you feel the baby move. Remember that when you are still, the baby may be sleeping too, and when you are active, the baby could be rolling around and you never even notice. No worries . . . best advice, worry when the doctor does, not before. Go from one appointment to the next with as little worry as possible.
