Go to Bow Wow's official website, pay the fee to join the official fan club, and that way you'll get those fans-only information about pre-sales and appearances. Maybe he'll be in your city, and that's one way you maight be able to meet with him......otherwise, get a job at the most expensive hotel you have in your city where a celebrity may stay in, and keep your fingers crossed!

listen to the radio for the rest of your life..and hope and wish to the good man above that one day they might ask you to call in to win tickets to meet him.Or better yet just go to a concert,order good tickets.
