To get rid of the runtime error message, here's what you can do: Open IE, select Tools, Internet Connections,Advanced and you should see 2 boxes that say something like "Disable Script debugging". Put a checkmark in both boxes. Right below that, there's another box that say "Display a notification about every script error", make sure there is not a checkmark there. Remove the checkmark if it's there. Click OK and close IE. You won't see that message ever again. Now the next problem is with True Vector Service, which is a service from ZoneAlarm. It's very important for this service to run all the time. My guess is somehow the file get corrupted from all all your activities. Now you need to download ZoneAlarm again, Uninstall the version on your pc, reboot pc and reinstall ZoneAlarm with a fresh version. That will fix the True Vector Service. If you still have problem with the vector service, one of your spyware app is interfere with it. Uninstall the app and reinstall it again.

True Vector Service ?

You are using Zone Alarm.
Quit that software. use something else

You also need to format your C Drive and reinstall windows for convinience as system restore need not help always. Remember Formatting is the last weapon for system problems.

You are using XP. you should avoid downloading XP updates.
