The question is really what do you feel your V is saying to you?
Yes it tells us to buy things but if you are hearing messages which you know you should not logically be hearing you should speak to your parents about this as it can be signs of a serious condition (yes a mental one) which may be caused by a physical condition you have or possibly something to do with illegal drugs (?) or other drugs you may be taking.
This could be important if you are hearing things which are not really being heard by others, don't ignore these possible symptoms as people have murdered others because they hear non-existent voices.

I used to think Mr. Rogers from Mr. Roger's Neighborhood was talking to me. He always asked questions, and when I answered them he always said things like "That's wonderful!" like he actually heard me! LOL...
