I went through exactly the same thing plus I was under total stress with school and telling my parents (even though i was 24) I ended up having a miscarriage because of all the stress (I don't mean to scare you but it can happen). I took two line tests first which were very faint and then broke down and spent the extra money for a clear blue easy digital test and that was way less confusing. good luck hope you have a sticky chicky

it's easy to be in denial about it, a lot of women are their first time, but try to relax. if u don't, these symptoms aren't going to go away, & the stress may harm your baby... they may already be a direct result of the stress you are feeling... my advice, find someone you trust and sit down & just say out loud what all you're scared about... it will help alot... and DEFINITELY do not be afraid to ask your doctor ANY question, no matter how silly you think it may be, trust me, they've probably heard it all, & it will put your mind at rest, you can't be expected (or expect yourself) to know everything your first pregnancy, just relax & don't be scared to get some help.... i wish you a healthy & happy pregnancy!

I remember the first time I was pregnant. How did I feel? I felt pure terror !!!!!!!!!!! At that point I had become an adult. *laughs* But I can tell you that you're doing a good thing by coming here and asking that question. Just getting things off your chest will help your stress levels and it's important to keep those stress levels down while you're pregnant (and it sounds to me like you are)

Morning sickness for me, which was literally feeling sick to my stomach the minute I woke up and before I opened my eyes, then it would dissipate. My tummy didn't get bigger in that period of time, but it seemed to be rock hard. It also hurt if I turned too quickly, spinning my upper body around with my legs firm on the ground, it would give me a hell of a pain in the stomach. Other than that, I was pretty okay. Unlike many other women I have known during their pregnancies.

I've never been pregnant but my mom told me every thing about it and it is normal to over react. after you get through that you will begin nesting. Nesting is when you try to make everything perfect for the baby and will be very very testy. In the delivery room tell whoever is in the room with you find the farthest corner duck and hide LOL!!! hope i helped

at this point, I still feel like I am psming and waiting for my period. It will seem real. I am in my 3'rd month and it is just starting to seem kinda real. Still i wonder if it is my body's cruel joke on me, cuase I want this so bad
one thing I did learn is to focus my energy. You know how athlets and people like motivational speakers say to picture what you want... instead of looking for yoru period. Look for signs of pregnancy, like what you listed. Keep taking home tests... whatever. You have a positive. You are pregnant. So don't focus on what you don't want.
congradulations... and yes, it is normal to doubt. I have missed 3 periods and I often still look in shock when i pee that there is no period

why dont you try talking to someone whom you trust and has been though pregnancy before. and also just relax all you should be worried about is good health and enjoying your baby and getting prepared for it. cause stressing out is not good for you nor the possible new life. but right now you just need to relax, take another test, and wait to see what happens.

Sounds like you're pregnant. Congrats!!
It's okay to to be scared... all the worries you are having are normal... the denial, the fear of miscarriage.
It will become real for you when you hear the heartbeat... it'll be OK... just try to enjoy it!!
