If it is an old TV movie, it might be 12:01 with Helen Salter and Jonathan Silverman. He worked in some sort of science lab and due to a malfunction the day would restart at midnight (Until he fixed the problem- isn't is always the same?)

The fist thing that came to mind is Run Lola Run starring Franka Potente. The day repeats itself in that. Good movie. I can't think of any others yet.
