Im not going to lie to you guys, IM A FAT ASIAN!!!!Im 5'4 and i weigh 172 pounds.I was wondering,how many calories do you burn ''walking it out'' like 20 minutes everyday??

hello..actually im a little fat girl but by the way..keep on ur body on the ground.. imean tthe best thing u should do is walking exercise evryday..!!sory i dont know exactly hw mny calories will be burn out..but i guarantee 2 u...its very effective..slow ur habit in eating.. ok..keep it up..goodluck..love ur work..u can do that..!!trust urself..keep on smilling...

I think you could lose more doing jazz. I'm not sure how many you could lose doing hip-hop.

Depends on how much you move. If you move a little, you will lose very little, but if you move alot you will lose alot more!

You dont burn any because god decided hip hop was crap and didnt warrant any calorie burning.
