i am so scared of becoming loose i avoid sex!! i always have relationship problems cause of it! is it possible?

i avoid sex, im 22 ive had 2 partners! i do the kegels i ve been doin them for years! im just so scared to get loose! how does that happen???!

Yes it can, but it depends on what you do. I'm tighter now than when I first started having sex fourteen years ago - have been with the same guy the whole time so I can gauge it really well. I have had two kids and still am tighter. I don't do any pelvic floor exercises - all I do is have lots of sex and a fair bit of masturbation. The vagina is just like any muscle - exercise it and it will become stronger! So my recommendation for avoiding a loose vagina is lots of sex! Safely, of course.

Kegel exercises help maintain the tone of your vaginal muscles. That's what they recommend after childbirth.

Yes!!!! But you shouldn't AVOID sex because of it. Just be reasonable and you should be fine. In other words, avoid one night stands :-)

It does happen. Mostly after having kids. Just remember to do your Keagels girls! But having sex doesn't lossen anything to noticably.Unless that's all you do!
