Tickle is into advertising products. There may be some accuracy to the tests but the obvious problem is that there is no time limit...you can take all day to figure out the answers...the real IQ tests have a time limit...otherwise it is good brain excercise...................

No, it is not. Try these if you want more accurate tests:
1. http://www.iqtest.dk/main.swf based on the real test, ravens APM. Developed by mensa denmark members. Normed on 250,000 individuals.
2. http://www.bbc.co.uk/testthenation/iq/... based on the standford binet and wechsler IQ tests, developed by a psychologist for BBC.
My friend scored 127 on tickles IQ test, and he was tested by a psychologist at an IQ of 97.
I also showed the test to some people in the psychology department that work in psychometrics, and they were very unimpressed. They were very critical about the poor score distribution, the poor choice of questions and lack of time restraints. Most notably, the questions are all very similar in that they are all very very easy. The test stays fairly stagnant in difficulty, so most people get almost all of them right and get a high score.
I've personally blown through the test in about 3-4 minutes and gotten them all right. It's a joke really. The test is designed to make people feel more confident about their intelligence so they buy tickle products :p

I wouldn't worry so much about your IQ. Your IQ does not determine your potential. Your score will always vary between test, as well as within tests, depending on when you took it, what your mood was, the kinds of questions, the things that were going on around you, etc. It looks like you regularly score on the low side of above average (120's). To make this short, don't let your IQ determine your potential. There are people who are brilliant that perform like they are not and people who have IQ's in the upper 60's who are succeeding in college.

there is no such thing as an accurate IQ test, take multiple IQ tests take the scores and average them; this will give you a better & more precise estimate of your IQ.

well i took it and got about a 130 (i don't remember exactly what it was) and i took one out of a book and got like 1 point difference. so i'm thinking it's fairly accurate. or at least typical of free IQ tests.

I'm not sure, but I really don't think anyone else would know if they are either. IQ tests are somewhat inaccurate generally.
